What to expect? - This is an urban retreat, composed of several ceremonial and workshop elements, giving you an opportunity to learn and engage actively. - Each session in the schedule gives time for you to connect within as you receive support through several modalities and practitioners; from meditation, energy healing, to journaling and gentle movement.
You will receive lunch, meditation, collective and personal healing, journaling, energy healing and affirmations. Cost is $111 to help support the space, the facilitators, and the healing.
