A Soul Awakening Energy Healing Session is a profound and transformative experience that aims to awaken and align your soul's energy, promoting healing, growth, and spiritual expansion through energy healing practices, ceremonial cacao, sacred meditations, breathwork, embodiment flow and sound healing.

You will have the opportunity to:

Remember your thoughts are energy, the energy within you is made of atoms, electrons and protons that become cells and the cells become physical matter. The thoughts and emotions are of a particular vibration and frequency. Think about when you walk into a room of angry people, can’t you feel the energy even though the people haven’t said they are angry?

Healing modalities that are used: Cellular Hands on Energy Healing, Guided 3 part BreathWork, Sound Healing, Affirmations, Intentions, Earth Elements, Journeying, Hypnosis, Light Language, Meditation, and Oracle Cards.

90 Min Session
Great for clients needing more time or who have a bigger focus - for new or current clients!

60 Min Session
Great for new clients as it gives you time to acclimate to what is going on and receive all that you need. This is a great option for returning clients too. An initial appointment will provide a foundation and help us build a relationship with each other. After the initial appointment, appointments can be more customized to fit your needs.

If you have multiple needs, my suggestion is to come back for multiple sessions. I don’t see that you need to see me forever, but these multiple sessions help to give you a foundation so you can set your own path forward. Keep in mind, this is complimentary to your therapy work. Somatic work helps you to get into your body more and often times when you are so busy you are stuck in your head rather than feeling into what your body needs, is feeling, and desiring to express. A lot of healing can happen when you allow for your body to speak.

I honor mother earth and her energy and children that I commune with daily. I honor my spiritual guidance. I honor my voice, my spirit, my highest self and my human self. I honor each person that I work with and who they are.

I humbly work to bring healing into this world so that you can then go out into the world and continue to heal yourself and also share it with others. I believe we are all carriers of healing energy. It is about activating it within us. This can happen by releasing the programs that no longer serve and to allow for you to step into who you are within yourself.

I continue to do my own work and receive healing as well. As I believe that there are no gurus in life. We have all life learnings and lessons to be shared.
