What is the 3 part breathwork?

A Three-Part Breathwork Session offers a powerful and transformative experience that utilizes the breath as a tool for healing, self-exploration, and personal growth. The three part breathwork creates a somatic experience and is a 2 part inhale and 1 part exhale out of your mouth.  You expand from your belly and chest on your inhale and fold in on your exhale.  This session will focus on a flow with your breath, creating minor movement and energy flow. More information on the session:

The session focuses on conscious and intentional breathing techniques to access deep states of relaxation, release emotions, and facilitate inner transformation. Breathwork has been used for centuries as a potent practice for physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

  1. Three-Part Breath Technique: This technique involves deep inhalations and exhalations divided into three distinct parts: lower belly, diaphragm, and chest. This rhythmic breathing pattern helps to oxygenate the body, activate the parasympathetic nervous system, and promote a profound sense of relaxation and inner connection.

  2. Energetic Clearing and Emotional Release: The three-part breath technique supports the release of stagnant energy, emotions, and tension held within the body. As you engage in deep and conscious breathing, you create space to let go of stress, trauma, and negative emotions, facilitating energetic clearing and emotional release.

  3. Increased Vitality and Energy Flow: The session enhances the flow of vital life force energy (prana or chi) throughout the body. The deep, rhythmic breaths help to remove energetic blockages, revitalize the body's energy centers, and promote a sense of vitality and aliveness.

  4. Self-Exploration and Inner Healing: The session offers an opportunity for deep self-exploration and inner healing. As you engage in the breathwork practice, you may access buried emotions, memories, or insights. This self-awareness and inner healing process can support personal growth, emotional resilience, and self-empowerment.

  5. Stress Reduction and Relaxation: The session provides a profound relaxation experience. The conscious, rhythmic breathing activates the body's relaxation response, reducing stress, anxiety, and promoting a state of deep calm and tranquility. My sessions are designed to help support your nervous system and not to push you over the edge.

  6. Expanded Consciousness and Spiritual Connection: The breathwork session can lead to expanded states of consciousness and a deeper connection with one's spiritual essence. The intentional breath can serve as a bridge between the physical and spiritual realms, fostering a sense of unity, inner peace, and connection with the divine.

  7. Facilitated Guidance and Support: During the session I will provide guidance, support, and creates a safe and nurturing space for the experience. I may offer verbal cues, affirmations, or guided visualizations to enhance the journey and support the your process.

  8. Energy healing is provided during this session

  9. Integration and Grounding: The session concludes with a period of integration and grounding. You will be guided to bring your awareness back to the present moment, anchoring the insights and experiences gained during the breathwork session into their daily lives.

This can be a transformative practice and I invite you in this profound journey of self-exploration, healing, and personal growth through the power of conscious breathing. Book your session here

Can anyone participate in the 3 part breathwork flow?

If you are pregnant, have detached retinas, epilepsy/seizures, severe ptsd, using blood thinning medications like coumadin, plavix to name a few, or high blood pressure, have a history of strokes, cardiac heart irregularities or a severe heart condition, please check with your doctor before participating as it isn’t recommended. You can also contact me to talk more.

What is tetany, will I experience that?

Tetany can be described as ‘claw hands’.  Which is nothing to be worried about.  What this means is you are creating a deficiency of carbon dioxide in your blood, and calcium which creates more muscle contractions.  Tetany can happen within your body and people feel it in their hands, feet, legs, it is not permanent as you can change your breathing to allow for more carbon dioxide to come in or increase your movement.
